Supranationalism vs. intergovernmentalism

Finally, after spending days in the university library and the National Library of Scotland (I love this place!), after going through a dozen thick books, and sleepless nights in search of a simple answer - is the European Commission or the Council of Ministers a more important driving force in European integration - I came up with my first essay.

I must confess that it comes a few days later than I would like and this weekend will probably be much shorter and more laborious for me than I have been used to in Edinburgh... But I am happy to say - I've made it!

One more week and two more essays to go. I love my new student life :)
